Making the Right Choice for an Authentic Indian Cuisine

Most of the Indian restaurants outside India try to customize the cooking in order to suit the locals. This is not usually true when it comes to the authentic south Indian cuisine. The food is usually prepared with the traditional food cooking techniques and spices added without compromising the taste and preparation methods. One should be well informed on the Indian delicacies in order to be able to choose the authentic restaurants.
